Placing your Order

Allora Accessories can assist you with online shopping and answer any questions you have about our products and our online store.  If you require assistance, please do not hesitate to call us during business hours (Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm Eastern Standard Time) on 0418 267 759 (within Australia) or email us anytime at

To purchase a product on our website, simply click on the item you wish to purchase & click ‘order now’. You can add, edit or remove items from your shopping bag at any time up until you submit your order.   Once you are ready to submit your order, please click ‘Checkout’. Please note you will need your credit card or Paypal account details & your shipping address to finalise your online shopping.

Once your order has been confirmed, it is not possible for you to change it online. However you may call the office on 0418 267 759 (within Australia) at any time prior to dispatch.

Pricing & Taxes

All prices are in Australian Dollars and include Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Please note that for international purchases we will bill your credit card in Australian Dollars (no GST is payable), and your credit card company will convert the charges to the relevant currency for you.  (Your Bank may charge a small “currency conversion” fee for this.)

Payment Options

Allora Accessories accepts payment via Paypal, Visa or Mastercard.

If you do not wish to use your credit card over the Internet, or are having problems with using your credit card on the website, you can contact us to make a telephone purchase.

Redeeming Discount and Promotional Vouchers 

When your sale is complete & you have entered your shipping & billing information, you will be asked to enter your voucher code at the bottom of the page.  When you fill in the voucher code, the site will then automatically reduce the cost of your purchase.

Communication after your Place an Order

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation. This will include your order number, so please keep this for your records. Once payment is confirmed, your order will be shipped. Once this is completed, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email.

Special Offers and Promotions

From time to time, we may offer a special promotional discount on a particular item or on your next purchase. These promotional discounts are only available for a limited time and will not apply to clearance or sale items.

We use Australia Post to make Australian deliveries. Deliveries to anywhere in Australia will normally take between 2-7 working days (depending on the delivery address). 

We use Australia Post for deliveries to New Zealand. New Zealand deliveries will usually take between 5-10 working days (depending on the delivery address).

We use Australia Post Express Post International for deliveries to other countries, and delivery will take between 3-10 days, depending on the destination.

International Orders Duties and Taxes

Your international order may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once your package reaches your country. Allora Accessories does not collect international duties and taxes and is unable to predict what the particular charges for any country may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they are generally payable before your package can clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for further information regarding your country's specific customs requirements.

Returns and Exchanges

Allora Accessories takes great pride in its products and strives to ensure that all our customers are more than satisfied with their purchase.  

If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or exchange, on condition that the item is unused, undamaged, and has the original tags still attached.  Please include the packing slip that you received with your parcel and indicate the reason for the return.  All returns & exchanges must be received by Allora Accessories within 14 days of the order date.  We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange request if it does not apply with this policy.

Please note that we are not responsible for any merchandise that is damaged or lost en route to us, so it is adviseable to send your package through a traceable method.

Unfortunately, Sale items may not be returned and are non-refundable unless deemed faulty.

Postage and handling policy for returns and exchanges

We regret that the original postage and handling charges are non-refundable.  However, in circumstances where we have inadvertently dispatched an item(s) that is faulty or that does not correspond with your original order and you wish to exchange the merchandise, we will deliver the exchanged item(s) to you anywhere in Australia free of charge.

For all other exchanges a re-delivery fee is to be paid by credit card or Paypal at the time the merchandise is exchanged. Delivery fees apply as per the original delivery (as set out above).


The delivery times provided by Allora Accessories are estimates only. We cannot be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. Allora Accessories cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.
