How do I care for my Allora Leather Handbag?
All materials and hardware used by Allora Accessories are carefully selected for their beauty, quality and durability. Any variations in the colour and grain are a result of the natural characteristics of the leather.
Keep your bag dry, avoid direct sunlight and heat. Avoid over filling as this may cause stretching or mis-shaping of the leather. We recommend you store it in its Allora Accessories Care Bag when not in use and that you only use high quality leather care products as per careful direction.
Allora Accessories stands by the quality of our manufacturing standards as such should any defect of manufacture (failure of hardware, components or workmanship) presents itself within the first twelve months we will rectify the matter free of charge.
Leather is a natural product. Damage and/or defects caused by personal wear and tear, accidents, treatment which is inconsistent with care instructions, dismantling or repair by persons other than Allora Accessories are not covered under the terms of the warranty.
Allora Accessories will gladly exchange or refund in accordance with the following conditions:
- 1) You must notify Allora Accessories within 12 months of receiving the item of the flaw or fault.
- 2) You must provide proof of purchase, being either an invoice, bank statement, email confirmation from Allora Accessories, or packing slip.
Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received and inspected by Allora Accessories, however, please allow 14 days from the day you return the item for your account to be credited.
I bought an Allora Accessories item on eBay, is it real?
We are unable to authorise any products purchased through an eBay Seller. Any purchases made on eBay are at your own risk and we cannot guarantee that items are unique.
